PAMELA & SEAN LINDSAY

Pamela and Sean are a husband and wife power team who started their property journey in the 1992, purchasing a number of buy-to-let investments in London. They have developed a keen eye for identifying and maximising opportunities to add value to the properties they acquire.

To date, Pamela and Sean have amassed a portfolio of 12 properties in prime areas of London (Clerkenwell, Islington and Hackney) with an estimated value in excess of £8m. They also own their state-of-the-art high-tech new build home in St Albans, as well as operate several serviced accomodation properties in Colchester and Somerset.

Pamela and Sean started out with small refurbishment projects, branching out to larger renovations as their experience and knowledge grew. They have:

• Developed a building from a single dwelling to multiple units

• Re-modelled numerous houses

• Completed a new build project

• Converted a single flat into a 5-bedroom fully-licensed HMO

Through first-hand experience, Pamela and Sean have gained a wealth of construction, financing and deal-hunting knowledge in their almost 30 years of property investing.

The couple are experienced, professional landlords with a long history of renting to happy tenants. The couple take pride in providing safe, comfortable and cosy homes. They have vast experience managing properties and have over 60 satisfied tenants living in the properties they own and manage.
