Founder of Bespoke Property Training, Pam offers tailored training and mentoring for aspiring property developers

Passionate about property education. Not only has she attended numerous property courses (both commercial and residential), she also firmly believes in educating and mentoring others.
Experienced at achieving difficult planning approvals, e.g. A1 to C3 use class. Once held an entertainment license in Islington Council.
Loves everything about property, keeping fit and roller skating

Has a real passion for taking things apart and putting them together

Foong Yap

Pamela and Sean are supported by their assistant, Foong, who has a M.Eng in Chemical Engineering and shares their passion for all things property. Foong is multi-talented and helps with everything from arranging new tenancies to analysing deals to keeping track of finances. Her skills complement Pamela and Sean's, and together, the three make a great power team.
